In life, there's only one thing that, with our current knowledge and capabilities that do not replace if you have used and exhausted. The most common things that we can not reproduce the life of a natural resource and land are of course agree. They have with these things in mind, scientists from around the world, has worked hard to find the best means of preserving life, the search for alternative resources to our growing needsand invent new ways for our growing population console anywhere on this beautiful planet. To go with the planet for almost 75% water and with only so much land around, it seems that ecological concern is where and how future generations to live more and more important as the population of the planet increases exponentially.
The concern is what happens when you live no country was simply more at the topConcern for some time. Systems of land, water, housing and even underground: There are many ideas on how we will be able to offer alternatives such as the land he had lived. The fundamental problem behind most of the ideas that have been around is that they simply are not economically feasible to implement on a global level. However, ecological idea is widely accepted and is already in practical use. The idea is floating homes, orHouseboats and houseboat communities.
For many years, countries from around the world are building "green" and eco-friendly community with houseboats that float on the water first position on both of our waterways are mobile and fixed started. Spanning areas such as lakes, seas and oceans, too, the idea of community spread houseboat. The idea is much more than a floating head of our rivers, though. Different models and versions of houseboatshave already been put into production and are being used today as homes, offices and even just party boats.
One new idea for a "Green" and Eco-friendly floating home design comes from Joanna Borek-Clement, a conceptual project designer who is currently employed by DGA Planning |Architecture |Interiors as a designer and has been since 2006. Joanna's main focus is on the conceptual research and designs of ways to encourage change in the typical thinking that is associated with the built and natural environment. In 2009 she was awarded a Merit Award in the International Gillette Landmark Design Competition; which was organized by P&G/Gillette in South Boston. She won this award for her Gillette Sustainable Sculpture Park Project. The idea is the conceptual design of a futuristic "Green" and Eco-friendly floating home; The Tafoni Floating Home. This "Green" design is in the early stages, but has potential to provide an environmentally friendly means of housing to those who are interested in taking water front property to a whole new level. At the time of writing this; there was not much information readily available for the specifications of her Eco-friendly floating houseboats design.
Another innovative and Eco-friendly concept for the floating home market is known as "Last Resort"; and will be having you not only thinking science fiction; but of luxury resort living and good ole home sweet home. This very futuristic styled house has a fully self-functional and highly practical design that won a recent competition; which secured the designers funding to bring a quick start to fabricating these solar powered floating homes.
Traditionally floating homes, or houseboats, are constructed from the materials that would best suit the desired location of the floating houseboat. Some designs and models call for mobility and some are solely meant to be stationary floating houses. As the designs and models vary depending on the manufacturer, some can be taken apart and moved to other locations.
The idea of floating houseboats and floating home communities has been embraced by many different countries across the planet. Some of which include the United States, Canada and The Netherlands. Most notably, Thai Land has used this concept of floating home communities for quite some time. The benefits of these environmentally friendly floating homes are numerous.
A majority of these environmentally friendly floating homes are essentially built on concrete platforms. The concrete industry is making great strides in becoming more "Green" and Eco-friendly in their manufacturing and has also received nationwide acknowledgment and recognition for their advancements.
The location of these floating home communities is intended to be on water; which helps in the environmentally friendly preservation of land, plants, trees and animals. For the models of floating houseboats that are mobile capable; the Eco-friendly effect that they have on the oceans floor is minimal; allowing for the shaded area underneath the "Green" floating home to regenerate when it is moved to a new location.
Some of the newest more cutting edge "Green" floating home communities are built with Eco-friendly energy conservation innovations in mind. With upgrades to these houseboats including everything from solar panels and hydro turbines to highly gasoline efficient options; the floating houseboat concept has evolved along with the environmentally friendly ideas and concepts of the 21st century and its concern for the environment.
